Take a strong look at the Use Magic Device skill. Scrolls and wands can give you the versatility that you want. Plus, I think the PF books do not feature skill-bonus magic items as much as they should. A +5 (skill) item is fairly cheap at mid levels and can give you a huge boon to any skill you want. Heck, even a +10 item isn't outrageous by the time you get around 10th level.Dustinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10859576508450858331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4832866431918588129.post-37713305568391432842012-01-30T18:02:09.431-05:002012-01-30T18:02:09.431-05:00I'm late to the party, but I'll add my vot...I'm late to the party, but I'll add my vote to the thief/rogue votes. I'm also partial to bard, but you make it pretty clear you're not staying there.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06915410231396312718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4832866431918588129.post-9815385360750046692012-01-27T10:49:45.609-05:002012-01-27T10:49:45.609-05:00Wow! I'll post about those soon.NakiaPopehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17406561137170462267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4832866431918588129.post-51356897867592931362012-01-26T17:44:49.860-05:002012-01-26T17:44:49.860-05:00Oh, and *please* keep blogging the Serpent's S...Oh, and *please* keep blogging the Serpent's Skull adventure path! Which it does. Take a look at the Pathfinder Delver: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/n-r/pathfinder-delver

Probably the best class to start with is rogue, as others have mentioned. That'll give you the mix of skill points, combat ability, and trap finding that you want.Nataliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15528192783751011497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4832866431918588129.post-61064204556192566572012-01-26T17:02:46.255-05:002012-01-26T17:02:46.255-05:00Yeah, as the Jovial Priest says, thief (or in Path...Yeah, as the Jovial Priest says, thief (or in Pathfinder/3E speak, Rogue) is a good choice.

You get tons of skill points to toss around, plus you're no slouch in combat. And your party is missing the "thief" slot (although your Bard build fills this role, too). And if you want a bit of magic, there's always multiclassing into one of the spellcasting classes.Dennis Laffeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03053699552003336733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4832866431918588129.post-32936903739372176212012-01-26T16:33:04.064-05:002012-01-26T16:33:04.064-05:00I think Indy is a thief: http://jovialpriest.blogs...I think Indy is a thief: http://jovialpriest.blogspot.com/2010/12/bx-indiana-jones.html

Maybe Culver can be a thief as well, in the broadest sense of the Bilbo, Indy, Grey Mouser sort of way.The Jovial Priesthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00160018433070823408noreply@blogger.com
